*It is optional for the project to add your CNPJ/CPF in the Copyright registration.
Adding your CNPJ or CPF to the registry is a way of proving originality and precedence in possible legal disputes over the name, slogan, icon or in some rare cases, everything.
How it works?
1 - The brand manual file is registered on the It'sMine platform, a Copyright registration platform that has a digital signature and time stamp issued by official entities;
2 - My name is linked as Creator of the project and 50% of the ownership (Property) is linked to the CNPJ/CPF chosen by you;
3 - The Proof of Copyright Registration is generated, a PDF document that I will forward to you and which will also be saved on the platform, with a local backup made by me. (If this file is lost, a fee will be charged for consulting the document.)

*This certificate is proof that your brand file has been registered on the it'sMine platform! (www.itsmine.com.br) at the time and date shown on the seal at the head of this document. The certificate was digitally signed (e-CNPJ and time stamp) and has legal validity guaranteed by MP 2.200-2/2001, and can be used in court as proof of previous creation thanks to the digital signature and time stamp issued by official entities and regulated.
